It’s Time for NaNoWriMo

Posted on November 2, 2017 By Jodi

I continue to work on two books and a story. Now I need to look into gathering more words and putting them into print.

First I’ll get busy and write the short story that I promised to submit to the contest “Writers of The Future”. I’m not sure exactly what it will be about, but it will deal with two characters I got to know a couple of years ago.

Today is day 2 of NaNoWriMo. I need to get into a conversation with my character, the protagonist in book 2. She has occupied a small portion of my brain for over eleven years now. Hopefully soon, others will get to know her and others in the “Naldo” series of books.

This weekend will give me and others a great opportunity to meet other Wrimos at a local coffeeshop. Together we’ll create our novels. For now I’ll get back to my day and gather a few words for NaNo as well.

Keep the coffee flowing.

Respectfully submitted,

Jodi
