Life Continues

Posted on December 22, 2019 By Jodi

I have finished NaNoWriMo 2019 without success. After that I worked on and sent in my latest submission.

Now I have another rejection to add to my writing resume. This agent made comments that will help me in the continuing edit of my book.

My goal for this coming year is to finish this edit and put “Not Too Late Forever” away for a while. I want to work on my next book, “Naldo Calls”, and get the first draft built.

I’m not sure how soon I will be comfortable enough to send another submission. Each time I get a rejection, there is the feeling of failure. Maybe I am not good enough to really get published. One thing I do know is that I will work on my writing for as long as I take a breath. Submission, now that’s a different story.

Keep the coffee and wind flowing.

Respectfully submit,

Jodi
